Heafey Group Submits Plans For A Bentley Condo Hotel
Updated, 4:45 p.m., Sept. 13: The Quebec-based Heafey Group will go before a city of Miami board later this month for its luxury hotel and residential project in Edgewater, slated to be branded as an Autograph Collection Hotel by Marriott.
Heafey plans to build the Bentley Edgewater Hotel and Residences, a 32-story, 207-room hotel and residences tower at 410 Northeast 35th Terrace in Miami. Prices range from $420,000 for a one-bedroom to $3.4 million for a penthouse, a salesperson told The Real Deal.
Satori Land LLC paid $2.27 million for the non-waterfront, 30,046-square-foot lot in June of last year. It’s close to the northern border of Edgewater, where a number of new towers are on the rise, including Related Group’s Paraiso complex, Two Roads Development’s Biscayne Beach and others.
The developer will go before the city’s Urban Design Review Board later this month for the project, which will include a sixth-story amenity and pool deck, a spa on the seventh floor, hotel rooms on floors 7-31 and 180 parking spaces on floors 2-5. It will also have a VIP lounge, restaurant and gym on the 32nd floor, according to marketing materials.
Kobi Karp designed the hotel-condo, which includes 18 fully furnished penthouse suites, 27 executive suites. The units will have up to three bedrooms, floor-to-ceiling windows, nine-foot ceilings, and stainless steel appliances. Penthouse units have the option to come with a two-year lease for a Bentley. All units include a membership to the Bentley Beach Club in South Beach for one year.
The Heafey Group, a private real estate investment firm, has more than $1 billion of properties in its portfolio, according to the Bentley Edgewater’s website.
